Return and Exchange Policy

At Iceland Jewelry, we are committed to providing high-quality products and exceptional service. To maintain clarity and transparency, we have a strict no-refund policy. However, we do offer exchanges under specific conditions.

Exchanges are accepted within 15 days of the original purchase date. To initiate an exchange, you must submit an Exchange Inquiry through our website. This process requires clear photos of the item and answers to a few questions about the exchange. Items must be returned in their original, unworn condition, with all packaging and accessories included.

Eligibility for Exchanges

You may request an exchange under the following circumstances:

  • Your item arrives broken or damaged. You can send it back for repairs or exchange it for a new item. Alternatively, you may take it to a local jeweler, and we will cover the repair costs.
  • You received the wrong item, size, or color. Return it for free, and we’ll send the correct product.

Non-Eligible Exchange Cases

We cannot accept exchanges under these circumstances:

  • You ordered the wrong size. For necklaces or bracelets, additional links can be purchased, or the item can be resized by a local jeweler. Rings can also be resized locally.
  • Personal preference. Exchanges due to changing your mind or dissatisfaction with the design will not be accepted.
  • Post-delivery issues. Scratches, tarnishing, or other damage caused by wear are not eligible for exchange. Local jewelers can assist with polishing or replating.
  • Loose or missing stones after delivery. Replacement stones can be provided, but repair costs will be your responsibility.
  • Chain tangling or twisting. This is normal and can be resolved with proper care.
  • Bail does not fit your chain. A new bail can be purchased and fitted by a local jeweler.
  • Delayed delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by shipping carriers.

Custom and Final Sale Items

Customized, engraved, or made-to-order items are non-refundable and non-exchangeable. Once production begins, cancellations or modifications are not permitted.

How to Start Your Exchange

To begin the exchange process, follow these steps:

  1. Submit an exchange inquiry through our website’s contact us form.
  2. Complete the form and upload all required photos.
  3. Our team will review your request within 1-2 business days.
  4. If approved, you’ll receive instructions for shipping your item back.

Please note that items must be shipped via USPS, and a tracking number must be provided to our team. Ensure the shipment is valued at $60–$80 to avoid import/export taxes.

Note: We are not responsible for items lost in transit or any fees associated with shipping. Items returned without original packaging will not be accepted.

Orders cannot be canceled or modified once placed, as production begins immediately.
